Bryan Ponti, Esq.

Bryan has been practicing law since 2011, with a focus on estate planning, probate, and criminal defense. Known for his clear communication and client-first approach, Bryan is committed to helping individuals and families make confident legal decisions during life’s most sensitive moments.

Deeply invested in his community, Bryan believes meaningful change begins with supporting and uplifting those around us. He actively volunteers with local nonprofit organizations and currently serves as on the board of trustees for the Christian Aid Center.

Outside the office, Bryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two children, and their two dogs. He’s also a lifelong baseball fan—rooting for the Mariners through every high and heartbreak.

Jared Hawkins, Esq.
Attorney at Law

Jared has practiced law in Washington since 2004, bringing more than two decades of experience across a broad range of legal matters, including business law, municipal law, employment matters, property issues, landlord-tenant disputes, estate planning, and general civil matters.

Before joining private practice, Jared served for six and a half years as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the United States Air Force, where he advised military commanders and service members on a variety of legal matters and gained significant litigation experience in administrative proceedings and courts-martial.

Known for his friendly demeanor and practical, straightforward approach, Jared is committed to helping clients navigate legal challenges with clear guidance and practical solutions.

Jared is an active member of the Walla Walla community and volunteers with the Rotary Club and Blue Mountain Action Council Volunteer Attorney Program.

Caleb Flippo, Esq.

Caleb began practicing law in 2016 and has been at Ponti Law since 2024. His primary areas of focus include estate planning, probate administration, and real estate transactions. He is licensed to practice law in both Washington and Oregon.

He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning and probate administration by providing personalized, thoughtful guidance to ensure his clients’ legacies are protected and their loved ones cared for.

Outside the office, Caleb enjoys golf, cooking, hiking, and reading. Most of all, he cherishes spending time with his wife and two children.
